Wealth & Asset Management Lead

Claire is our Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) Sector Lead, with deep experience gathered over more than 30 years in the industry, from start-ups to blue chips.

Prior to joining, Claire has held a variety of leadership roles in both consulting at Alpha FMC and at various leading asset and wealth managers, including as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM) where she led a range of departments and global transformation projects for the executive team. Prior to her time at JPMAM, Claire worked at SEI Investments where she led the global client service department and was part of the senior team instrumental in establishing their Global Wealth Platform business, working with private banks, advisers and discretionary fund manager clients.

Claire has led numerous projects as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in the WAM industry and as a consultant, helping to achieve more efficient and profitable functions, to drive new business, retain happy clients, manage costs and risk while enhancing both client and staff experience. Her areas of interest are broad and cover firmwide operating model optimisation across front, middle and back-office functions. She has experience in distribution, operations, regulation, investments, technology, data, corporate governance, HR and change functions. Her aim is to support WAM clients in achieving superior cost and risk management while delivering market-leading, differentiated client and staff experience.
