Sera is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience in asset management, specialising in Private Assets, global corporate strategy and development, and investment fund and corporate financial control and operations. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing robust governance frameworks and scalable operating models across the full asset management value chain.

Sera’s expertise and passion lie in future-focused corporate strategy, disciplined strategic and financial planning, and leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to transform operating models. She is particularly focused on driving efficiency and scalability through the integration of advanced AI and automation, helping shape next-generation asset management platforms.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at leading global asset managers, including over a decade at M&G plc, where she served as Head of International Finance and Director of International Corporate Development & Strategy, and five years at Fidelity International, where she was a founding member and Senior Director of the Private Assets business. Sera is recognised for defining bold strategies, building strong operating foundations, developing high-performing teams, and leading complex international expansions and hybrid public-private investment solutions.

Sera is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
