Vlad leads our AI practice, bringing over 20 years of experience across agencies, start-ups, and global enterprises. He specialises in AI strategy, automation, analytics, and architecture — helping organisations apply technology with purpose and deliver measurable results.
He began his career in leading marketing agencies such as Ogilvy One and BBH, building CRM and analytic functions. He then joined a high-growth start-up that successfully scaled and was acquired by Dixons Carphone. This expanded his experience from pricing and marketing effectiveness to creating award winning market intelligence products. Vlad went on to hold senior data and analytics roles at Virgin Media O2 and Liberty Global, driving digital transformation and the application of AI to improve operational efficiency.
Vlad combines close relationships with major technology partners and an active role in the start-up ecosystem to identify AI that solves real-world problems — delivering impact, not just innovation.
