Alper joins Klarus as Data Service Line Leader and Energy Industry Leader, bringing nearly two decades of experience delivering data driven transformation across industries. Known for his ability to connect strategy, technology, and execution, he helps organisations unlock business value through modern data platforms, AI, and industry specific knowhow.

Before joining Klarus, Alper was a Senior Director at Kearney, where he led data and AI programmes for some of the world’s leading enterprises. His work spanned production grade GenAI solutions, master data management transformation, and the use of digital tools to enhance strategic decision making. He was part of the global go to the market leadership team, focusing particularly on Data & AI Services in Europe.

Earlier in his career, Alper worked at Deloitte for several years, progressing through roles that combined deep technical delivery with commercial leadership. He helped clients design and deliver data and digital strategies that transformed how they operate and compete. He modernised enterprise data platforms (data warehouse, data lake, microservices) for large-scale international organisations, designed electricity market mechanisms, and worked with clients across the electricity value chain (generation, transmission, wholesale, trading, distribution, and retail), as well as the oil & gas sectors. He also advised international investors expand into new regions and industries.
