Frank has spent his career building and leading consulting businesses that redefine what’s possible for clients and industries. Before founding Klarus, he built one of Ireland’s largest consulting practices at EY and previously led major European sectors at Accenture, driving multi-hundred-million-dollar growth across technology, telecoms and industry.

A long-time advocate for technology-enabled transformation, Frank helped Microsoft establish its European Operations Centre in Dublin - a move that created thousands of high-value jobs and positioned Ireland as a global technology hub. He went on to design and deliver large-scale programmes for clients including Allied Irish Bank, QinetiQ, and the Electricity Supply Board, helping them modernise operations and achieve measurable impact.

Known for his belief that consultancy is as much about chemistry as capability, Frank has built diverse, high-performing teams that blend top-tier consulting expertise with real-world pragmatism.
