Krzysztof leads Data and AI platform initiatives, bringing over 20 years of experience designing and delivering solutions that transform complex data estates into production-grade intelligence. He specialises in cloud data architecture, multi-agent AI systems, and enterprise MLOps, helping organisations move from prototypes to scalable, governed AI solutions that create measurable business value.

He holds a PhD in aerospace engineering, with expertise in high-performance computing, numerical methods, and machine learning. Across roles at Nokia, Microsoft, Diageo and Redkite Data Intelligence, Krzysztof has led large-scale transformations and cloud migrations, often stepping in as technical lead to align architecture, execution, and stakeholder expectations. He holds the full suite of Azure and Databricks certifications at Expert and Champion level.

Krzysztof has delivered impactful projects for FSL, building agentic AI systems that transform complex semi-structured documents into clean, governed data assets powering downstream analytics. He combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to help organisations embed AI into their operating model.
